參加於Minsk, Belorussia舉行之19th International Summer Conference of the Tournament of Towns.
該研討會有來至世界各地的數學高手參加，並有著名數學家作專題講座。前年建國中學駱宗杰同學曾前往參加。

Dear Sun Wen-Hsien,
The organizing committee of the Tournament of Towns reports
that the following students from Taiwan have shown good result
in solving problems of the 28 Tournament of Towns:
Hsieh Tsung-Lin
Huang Guan-Hao
Shih Pi-Hsun
Huang Yii-Wen.
It is a great pleasure for us to invite these students to the
19th International Summer Conference of the Tournament of Towns.
We also invite a leader, i.e. an adult person who will accompany
the students in the voyage and will deal with the Organizing
Committee during the Conference.
This year the Conference will take place at Minsk, Belorussia,
August 2 - August 10. We suggest to arrive to Minsk on August 1
or August 2 morning, and to depart from Minsk on August 10.
The Tournament of Towns bears the whole living expenses
of the participants during the Conference (from the arrival till
the departure). As usual, the participants should bear the travel
expenses on the way to and from Minsk.
Please reply whether you accept our invitation. If you have
questions concerning the conference, please contact us.
We ask you to answer this letter until June 6 and to inform us
whether you have to come to Belorussia through Russia or you can come there directly. We can send the official invitation to the Belorussian
Embassy in Taiwan. To complete the form of this official
invitation, we need the following data (as soon as possible):

1. Name
2. All the personal names
3. Nationality
4. Number of passport...
5. and its expiry date
6. Date of birth
7. Place of birth
